i never drink but even tho i used to never drank to get drunk because i know my limits and when to stop. Some people like my sister for example could drink just about any guy under the table, and this is because we come from 4 generations of alcoholics thus the reason why i don't drink and my sister has always had a very high tolerance for alcohol.

That could mean nothing, depending on your weight and how long you've been drinking. I'd say you should decide whether your drinking is out of control by how often you drink, and if you drink a lot when you're alone.
Your drinking could be out of control but, everyone's alcohol tolerance is different, not only is it affected by weight and size your tolerance can also be hereditary as with the chances of you becoming dependent. So don't drink to get drunk. Use alcohol responsibly.
I must be sad then, one vodka crusier gets me feeling a little tipsy.
It's different for everybody. If I drank four shots I would definitely be tipsy :) I agree with the others, I would look at how often you drink, whether or not you drink alone, and what kinds of things you do while drunk to determine if your drinking is out of control.
