Call a friend to talk about it..or with your family so they're aware of your situation...
Go outside and don't stay in your room. Get light, fresh air..stretch, talk a light jog or walk --exercise always helps.
Do something you're always enjoyed doing...think about it, what could it be? Listening to your favourite tunes, painting, singing, dancing, team sports...get moving and your mind will thank you for it! And don't forget to stay away from sweets.Eat some fruits and vegees to battle the blues-don't let depression stop you from living!! Good luck!
SEE A DR ASAP! YOU PROBABLY NEED A RX ANTIDEPRESSANT!
sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeppppp...
You should definitely seek help. Is there a certain reason you are depressed? Maybe by fixing or finding a way to deal with the situation can relieve your depression. Keep yourself busy and definitely don't sleep excessively. That does not solve anything. Talk to someone you can trust, who is a good listener and can give you good advice.
at first u should take anti depressent drug. & disscuss about ur problem with ur close friends or family member or a doctor....share ur emotion....life is one time.....so, dont miss ur chance...be chareup......hope u will be fell better now......with my best wishes....bye & take care...
