no..its not neccesary ..but if u get into sum kinda trouble 2 save urself u shud b pretty rude..or then being like a gud and effectionate person is very much nice...ppl will b havin a lotta pity for mental ppl.mental ppl shud b blessed..all humans r equal no matter wat...
No it isn't necessary, but some people are frightened of what they don't understand and can be rude without thinking. BTW the correct term is not Mental People, its people with mental health issues.
