yes we have five senses but some people have a sixth sense, we are all born with it but at age two we lose it, while some people retain it. This is esp why some people claim to be psychic.

I would guess that our "sex sense" if there is such a thing would be a combination of all our other senses together.

You supposition of ears, nose, eyes 'mouth' and or 'skin' (does one or both of these latter two indicate or include our 'taste buds'?) ...is, I suggest, limited and in themselves need not or have everything to do with 'sex.'
