Testicular torsion!!!!?

Question:
i was so scared...i was laying down on my stomach 4 a while watching tv and when i got up i noticed a dull ache...i immediately thought it was a torsion.after about 15 minutes i took a hot shower to help the testicle un twist itself but it didnt work.(the testicle stayed in the same place for a while...i told my parents and they said it might get better but i told them all the details and they kinda were talkin it over to eachother...the pain was getting worse and i couldnt even close my legs all the way or walk without feeling the ache and pain..so i went into the bathroom for like the 10th time and i moved my scrotum around and all of a sudden the testicle started dropping back down..so now i can close my legs normally and walk normally...and i just prayed and thanked jesus.

does that mean the torsion is gone since i dont feel the pain anymore and since it dropped back down?

im only 14 years old .

i am just glad i dont have 2 go 2 the hospital i think now lol

Answers:
As long as the pain is gone, you should be fine so don't worry about it. If you notice any more pain from now on, you definitely should get it checked out to see if it is a torsion still. So don't worry about it anymore and make sure you know how your testicles feel. I know it sounds odd but one day it could save you a bunch of pain or even your life. Just prevent sitting in ways that could possible cause your testicles to twist.
Be safe.
Wow...must have been painful! Yes...sounds like it's untwisted.
