What vitamins, minerals and nutrients to eat?

hey im 15 and i got some acne i was wondering what vitamins,minerals and nutrients in food i should have more of so i can help stop my acne or at leest slow it down.. thnx 4 answerrs

Avoid junk food and sugar, including soda
take a good multi-vitamin
you need an age specific multivitamin ( for teens)
and the best face wash for that is made by the company "Clinique" its fairly inexpensive, but its especially formulated for several different skin types.
you need to eat raw vegetables if possible, simplt b/c when they're cooked they loose most of their minerals and nurtients
drink soda and junk food in moderation.
but in your pix the acne really didnt look bad.
so just wash 2x's a day, and dont stress over it, b/c stress causes more breakouts ok.
