Bilateral LV4/5 level facetal osteoarthrosis with sclerotic articulat margins and narrowing of the joint space

Question:
What's the meaning of this in layman terms. Does it mean there is a growth in the spinal cord?

Answers:
Here's what I get from it. Bilateral(both sides) of LV4/5(levels in the spine) osteoarthrosis (breaking down the cartliage between the joints) is working with sclerotic articulat margins(sclerosis of the jaw joint) making the space beteen the bones (or joints) smaller. Which i will assume means that there is a limiting of or pain with motion because of the break down of cartliage.
