I always feel sick, what can I do?

Question:
I'm not a person that eats unhealthy and I go to the gym and walk at least 3 times a week. I have tried taking multi-vitamins and that helps for a little while and then that same thing happens again I feel sick.

I am a teacher and since I have been teaching I haven't been able to get rid of a cold, it all started about a week before I went to the school I was sick all day vomiting etc and I slept that off and was feeling better but in the first week I feel ill. It was cold after cold and then the holidays came and I started to get over it then the same thing happened when I got back again. I know that I could be catching things off the children but all my life I have been sick off and on but it is really starting to get to me.

Any help would be appreciated.

Answers:
You need to boost your immune system by taking Vitamin C.

One or two grams of Vitamin C a day or even less will boost your immune system and you will get fewer colds and they will be less severe.
It's time to approach your doctor with this. I don't think anybody without a medical degree can give you the answer for this. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR!
