I think not - unless the degree of the glasses aren't right for you (i.e too high or too low). What worsens your vision is bad eye habits; such as spending too much time in front of a computer which is too bright for you and too near to your eyes, reading in the dark etc, all of which put strain on your eyes and worsen the vision.
The right pair of glasses (or for that matter, contact lens) helps you see clearly and lessens the need for you to squint and struggle to view things.
i wear glasses about eight years it help you alot. your eyes get use to them like an adustment period. but no they don't make them woren-as long as you got the right glasses for you from your eye doctor.
