Sick of my life?

Wow...sorry to hear you are going through this. I guess we all have to do this at least once in your life. I went through it as well. The pain in your stomach is nothing to ignore. I ended up with bleeding ulcer and almost bled out. Had I not been in the emergency room when everything broke loose I would not be here to warn you. You are showing symptoms of acid reflux which means your body is churning up way too much acids as a result of the stress you are going through with the breakup. This wears at the lining in your stomach or esophagus and causes the pain you describe. The depression, sleeplessness, lack of appetite, and feelings of vomiting if you do are all symptoms of the severe depression we experience in these situations. I experienced the very same things when my ex left me.
You need to get on antacids right now! If you notice stools going dark this is a big warning sign. Especially if you show blood in the stool or begin to vomit foul smelling thick dark coffee grind like substance or bright red blood then get to hospital quickly.
I know at this point you probably almost wish you could die. It is going to take some time to get over the loss, but eventually you will and life will go on. Believe me when I say that it will probably end up better than where you were. Just know that when I almost died, it wasn't a fun thing and I did end up fighting to stay here. Don't go there. You will get over this.
Well first of all why did you break up with him? Was it really worth the break up? Maybe you feel guilty that you broke up with him or it was the wrong thing to do? Your really need to look this over and see if you did the right thing. Also you may feel this way because your very depressed. I have seen people just get out of relationships and get so sick because of it.
I am sure that it all has to do with the stress of your recent break up. What I know about the pain from a break up is that at some point in time it will just go away. Try to stay busy and do something to keep your mind off of it, then before you know it, you won't be able to remember the last time you thought about the break up.
Once you are over the break up I have a feeling that the physical stuff will go away as well.
Hey, being dumped is rough, and it hurts like hell, especially if you are really deeply in love with them.
might i suggest getting checked out by a doctor for you stomach pains, and maybe seeing a therapist for some emotional help.
r0cky74 is right you will get over it and be in a better place i have seen this happen with my freinds and my relitives. he is also prob right that you got ulcers starting from the stress.
do whatever you can to keep your mind off your situation keep busy, and it might make it a little easier.
best of luck.
Sorry to hear you are going through all of this...I guess we all go through times like this in our lives - I am currently in the same boat. So much bad **** has happened to me the past year - some of which I deserved - but it has made me 'sick of life' as well. I wont get in-depth, but I know how you feel.
Sometimes you just have to force yourself to think, AND KNOW, things will turn around and get better, because in your mind, they cant get any worse. Just try and do things that YOU enjoy, that make YOU happy. Because if you dont work on yourself and do things to try and make your life better, nothing will get better. I've come to learn that you have to appreciate yourself first, and eventually things will fall into place.
Things will get better, I no u don't think they will, but time does heal!. Good luck.
