I smoked some Marijuana about week and half ago and i have been getting panic attacks and anxiety why is this?

Question:
whats the solution

Answers:
It may have been laced with another drug, like in that movie Training Day...it had PCP in it.
It's long gone from your system, so it's probably you just panicking about something you thought/knew was wrong. I'd say try meditation, talking to someone, or prayer, help get it off your chest.
if your on medications this might be the problem or just the effects it has on you
was it laced with PCP?
Maybe you are having panic attacks because you are realizing just how stupid it is to be smoking Marijuana and feel that you can do better things with your time and life. To get over this anxiety and panic attacks, vow never to do it again and realize it was just a stupid mistake.
This is because you smoked some Marijuana about a week and a half ago...the solution would be to stop...
it happened to me - i was told it was laced with angel dust.
for the love of GOD take my advice and stay away from drugs!!!!
maybe because God wants you to realize the gift he gave you which is life.. enjoy it... the right way...
You're full of guilt. I went through the same thing. Tell someone you totally trust. A best friend or something. Don't listen to anything besides soft, relaxing music for a week or so. Listen to people such as Beethoven, Explosions in the Sky, Brian Eno, or Sigur Ros. This will help. Lots. And don't do drugs. It gives you a small penis. And nooo honest girl likes it.
What ever was in it, whether it had PCP in or not would have worn off in a week and a half. If you are suffering from anxiety and panic attacks then it is nothing to do with the drugs unless you do them on a regular basis (it doesn't sound like you do from your question). Drugs can have a reaction on those who have natural disorders though and can act like a trigger to them. Manic depression can be triggered if a person who has a predetermined tendency starts taking drugs and the only solution is medication. I would say go to the doctors if it persists for any more than a month and see if you have a problem anyway. And keep off the drugs as it sounds worrying that you have had an adverse effect.
A lot of people stop smoking weed because it makes them paranoid WHILE they're high. But you having panic and anxiety attacks NOW, shouldn't be related to smoking weed 10 days ago!! Wait it out another week. If you're still having panic attacks, see a doctor. Let's just hope they go away. Don't stress, hon. :)
It may have been laced with something. I smoke all the time and have never experianced anything like this.

Im not encouraging you to smoke, but I just want to say that if you like smoking you shouldn't just quit because of this. Its definitly not the weed thats causing this.

If this helped, you can message me any other questions on the topic, I'd be more than happy to answer them.
Hi, sorry to hear you’re feeling so bad. Pot can trigger anxiety, panic attacks, and depression in many users. You need to stop smoking pot to completely stop the anxiety. The following steps should help eliminate (or at least significantly reduce) your panic attacks:

1.Breathe properly - if you control your breathing, you control panic. As soon as you notice the signs of anxiety, check your breathing: breathe in slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or so). Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer (to the count of 7 or so) through your mouth. Do not breathe rapidly or shallowly (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will feel a lot better.

2. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! CBT is proven to be the most effective thing for panic attacks, OCD and anxiety etc. It takes a bit of work, but it is super effective. (After 15 years of panic attacks, mine stopped completely). You can speak to your doctor about taking a course or you can take a course for free online at: www.livinglifetothefull.com

3. Try relaxation exercise tapes (progressive muscular relaxation). They really help if you practise often enough. You can get free downloads online, e.g. http://www.studentservices.utas.edu.au/c...

With each step practise makes perfect. (i.e. practise the steps every day, not just when you are feeling bad). I hope you feel better soon. Best of luck!
