Mongoloid Mark?


Question:
Has anyone heard of a Mongoloid Mark?
I have an oval shaped light mark on my lower back that the Dr. said was a mongoloid mark when I was a kid. I seem to remember he mentioned possibly indian, latino blood in my past.
Anyone heard of this?
