Question:
What classes do i take in High School and Collage? What Collage Should i go to ( in Colorado)? What do i need to do before i can become a Doctor?

Answers:
You need a lot. Don't worry too much about your high school courses, but make sure you do well in math and science, and take an advanced placement courses (bio, calc) that you can.

Once you are going on to college you'll need to choose a major. Contrary to what people say, you DO NOT need to be a premedical major or a science major in college to be come a doctor. Any possible major (theatre majors even) can move on to medical school after college, but they DO still need to take all kinds of sciences and math courses, on top of their major courses, so being a science major makes it a bit easier.

When you enroll you'll be given an advisor, talk to him/her about your future plans and they'll help you set up your curriculum to help you out the best. You'll need a lot of biology, a lot of biology labs, a lot of chemistry, a lot of chemistry labs, and a lot of math... amongst other things.

When you reach your junior year of college is when you can take the M-CATS (if you plan to go straight from undergraduate college to medical school), discuss all of that with your college advisor when the time draws nearer. Either way you'll need 4 years of undergraduate schooling, and the M-CATS to get into medical school, but some people choose to go 4 years undergraduate, 4 years graduate (just in case, but it's not required), then M-CATS and medical school.

I'm not going to lie, it's DIFFICULT! I am heading into my second year of college majoring in biology(premed) to become an orthopedic surgeon and it is super challenging. It takes a special person with the right mentality to make it when studying to be a doctor because everybody else will seem to have it soo much easier than you (You'll probably have classes M-F, at least 2 a day, while some of your friends have Fridays off completely). Just keep reminding yourself that you're going through it to achieve your ultimate goal of becoming a doctor and that it IS in fact worth it no matter how hard it is, and you'll do fine.

As for what college you should go to, that's 100% up to you. Start doing some research of colleges in your area that offer sciences and stuff as majors and see what the science departments there are like, and go from there. Take tours of schools, talk to faculty, and speak to the students before you decide.

Hope this helps! Good Luck! :-)
lots of bio, chemistry and math in college.
First I recommend that you get some experience in the medical field. What makes you interested in becoming a doctor and a nurse? The ask yourself, do you want to spend the next 8-10 years in school and are you dedicated in doing this?
