Staying up help?

i really need help to stay up until 5 30 but im really tired. some people suggest playing loud thing and sugar but i cant wake anybody up and i dont really have anything that has sugar in it so please help.

Answers:
Get your blood pumping when you are getting sleepy by moving around. Step outside and take some deep breathes of fresh air to wake yourself up. You might want to watch something on the tv that really keeps your interest, but don't sit in a really comfortable position while you're doign it. Don't sit and stare at the computer, because that will make you tired. Do some simple exercises every now and then. Good luck! :)

why dont you just set your alarm for 5 30? if you really must stay up try calling a friend that will be awake for a while and talk to them. or do some jumping jacks. or put a cold rag on your face. take a cold shower. put ice down your back there are all kinds of ways. but if I personally want to stay up, I ask one of my friends to stay up with me [on Aim] and they keep me up or I call them. BUt if you get too tired just set an alarm and wake up to it.
I usually stay up pretty late. What I do is just find something that amuses me like if you are a girl and like shopping shop online. If you are a guy maybe watch your favorite show on tv.
Ok, dont take a nap, thats for sure. Just listen to music, and not loud, and focus real hard on what you are doing. Do not lie down, stay seated or standing. But sit up straight. You will yawn, but you wont fall asleep.
caffine, and put some headphones in your ears and crank up the toones!! with the headphones no one will hear the music..caffine wise..i reccomend energy drinks like monster specially the blue one :o)

Smash your finger in the door jamb. Then make up a rap song while tapping on your head and dancing around the room. Works for me.
i do 15 push ups if im about to fall asleep, that tends to help because it gets adrenaline started. caffeine...the no brainer. go out and buy a frappuchino quietly or somthing, or make coffee, every house has coffee

-drink soda
-go into random chatrooms
-surf the web
- get insomnia
-watch a scary movie
I with you! I'm at work right now.. working a midnight shift. I have to stay up until 7am. Find something with caffeine in it.. pop, or chocolate.. whatever is around. Put on music, not too loud though. But make sure it's something you like. That'll keep you up. And surf the web for random stuff to keep you occupied.
Not sure why you have to stay up.but, they actually say that using the computer, keeps your mind active. Yes you can still feel tired, but your mind won't calm down for usually at least a couple of hours to allow you to sleep. I'm an insomniac, and I was told to make sure to NOT use the computer 4 hours before I plan on going to bed.

tea...caffine i accidetnly drank it b4 bed one night...kept me up for 4 friggen hours! also if u keep drinking tea and water... liek loads and loads...u'll need to go pee every liek 5 minutes... that happened to me once and so i cudnt sleep and while ur doing that you'll be cleansing your body! so woot! lots of fun...play games on the computer that arent boring...dont read...watch tv.EXERCISE . liek cardio,.jumping jacks...little sprints...hops...jump rope...u'll be working ur body at the same time which is great! and the good old ice cube down the back every time u feel like ur going to doze off.all that should keep u busy till 5 30! good luck
Caffeine. No sugar because it will cause your body to release insulin to deal with the extra sugar and can actually make you sleepier. Try caffeine pills or straight black coffee. Don't drink a lot of caffeine at once though, taper it because your system can go into overload if you take in too much at once. I agree with the previous post though, unless you are trying to catch a flight why on Earth would you have to stay up that late?
I've had to pull many all nighters and I usually did it with the help of caffeine. I've also turned my a/c up so it go really cold...that always helped. Talking to someone, even if it's just yourself could help..if you're studying read your notes aloud to yourself.I've heard of some people exercising, like doing a quick 10 push ups or jumping jacks...nothing rigorous, just to get your blood pumping.
first off why do u wanna stay up? but to answer ur question wanna dont u try drinking redbull or some sort of caffeine that will keep up!
1.Watch a movie
2.Have an energy drink
3.Call someone if their awake
4.Go on youtube
5.Chat with people
How about some chocolate or coffee?

And if all else fails, aspirin has caffeine in it, take a couple of those and in 4 hours take a couple more.
1st sugar doesn't keep you awake that is a myth(it doesn't make you hyper) caffeine does. so my advice is to drink lots of coffee and keep yourself occupied, not a movie or music get up and do something clean up, start a project whatever it takes, it works for me. GOOD LUCK!!
this is kind of weird but it works...
put toothpaste in between your eyes/chin/anywhere on your face not directly under your eyes (the fumes will make them water). the toothpaste will feel really cold and refreshing and keep you awake. this is basically an imitator of other products on the market that feels the same.
If you have headphones that could work. Try doing jumping jacks or anything to get your heartrate up because that stimulates your body to create adrenaline. Try watching something that makes you laugh a lot or play a game. Do something that would keep your brain occupied and working. I hope this helps.
