I don't know, but I would just go in there, not saying anything and go through with your physical. If your doctor asks, don't lie. Just say the truth. That stuff is confidential so I doubt anything would happen. I filled out a paper on my last physical about whether I had taken drugs, had sex, etc. But it was all private and from what I encountered professional and secure.
