Answers:
Try laying on your back and breathing slowly. try to relax.
try and eat something
GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM
DO NOT IGNORE THE PROBLEM

you might have appendicitis I got this last year
if the pain doesn't go away you should go to the hospital immediately and get it removed or else it will explode and it will get worse
do you feel worse if you touch it and then relase it?
is it getting worse?
do you have nausea?
there is a very good chance that it's appendicitis
Go to Dr right away.
It could be the start of appendicitis and the dizziness could be a fever. That is just one thing. However with those 2 symptoms you need to go to the doctor and get checked out.
I would make an appointment to see your General Practitioner. If there is something wrong he or she will refer you to a specialist. Don't panic. Just go to the doctor to calm your nerves. Good luck!
you might have caught cold take some medicine for that and you will be relieved
NO your appendix is not behind your rib cage but the pain can radiate. I think they were just trying to help. To rule out your appendix- press the area that hurts then release your hand. If it doesn't hurt too bad pressing in but hurts like heck when you let go then you have what they call rebound pain and is a tale tale sign of an appendicitis. If not you may consider your gallbladder- it is right under the right side of your rib cage.
