work out..a lot. that'll reduce the chance of the history of heart problems ending up on you.
eat less too. like..two to three healthy meals a day. and NO SNACKS. no junk food or fast food.
i heard of the like...five small meal thing..it doesn't work.

get rid of the mullet.
leave your hair a little long, i guess. and buy a new wardrobe. look around you and look at what you want to be, then try to get a few pieces of clothing like that.
hopefully it'll work.
but it's gonna take a lot of work and a lot of time.

you should go to a doctor and get adderall prescribed to you. that or desoxyn. anything that is an amphetamine will really help you lose weight. for the mullet, cut it off. and dont try to fit some "look" those are stupid labels placed on to people that happen to dress in a similar fashion. Labels are for soup cans, and not for people. Dress how you want to, dress in things that make you look good. Go to a gym. Play Gab Sab Games. Start running early in the morning like me. Bike places more often. Take amphetamines. Buy some vicodin.
me and my husband are very over weight too, and when we get to be this over weight, a diet just isn't going to work on 100 plus pounds. you could try what we are trying and just start out going on a little walk every day. really make an effort to drink 8 glasses of water a day. try at least one meal a day to be slim fast or some kind of low calorie ( dry cereal, or yogurt even) snack. when you start noticing the weight coming off you will be more motivated to actually working harder( get on a tread meal , go to a gym) and change your eating habits ( cut out so many sodas, and the one I'm dreading the most is giving up cheese- that one is the one i hate to do the most). good luck!
