Question:
I have a question..I began working out 2 weeks ago..i feel that I LOOK physically in-shape but really I'm not because I stopped with my sports..but after 2 weeks of workout my muscles began to feel really weak and now I can't really do anything..why is this happening??..I was fine when I began and could do everything..should I ignore it and keep pushing??

Answers:
I've always been told that your muscles have to break down before they start building up- I wouldn't spend too much time worrying about it, I just started working out again recently as well, and I experienced exactly what you're talking about, the short of it is, your muscles will feel as if they are getting weaker before they get stronger. Keep at it, don't get discouraged and you'll see your hard work pay off!
you were just starting out and your muscles do ache for awhile until they get used to you exercising
After you work out, you need to let your muscles rest. You are pulling them, and they need to take a break. If you work out non-stop, your going to see no results, and be too tired to do anything. So dont work out the same body parts every day of the week. You can work out everyday, just work on different muscle groups!
I have the time to answer. unfortunately, I don't know the answer! Sorry!
No way! you've done what you could but continue with sports! Go to the gym once a week and try not to push yourself. Do more sports!
This may sound crazy but true, your muscles must be broken down first, then build themselves back up. That's what you are in the middle of right now. Keep working out. When they quit hurting, they will be much stronger and you will have more of everything. That is what I learned while I was in basic training, in the army, which is ALL true.
no u should not ignore it how do you be workout if you doing seat-ups you don't do that cause it wont work what you should do is that you should run about an hour drink allot of water and drink fruits but you can till eat the food that you eat but ex curse more often
