What does it mean when a person is told they have too much yeast in their body?

Question:

Answers:
It would be helpful to know who told you this. People do get
yeast (Candida) infections of mucosa. Most often, it is a vaginal infection, or occassionally an oral infection called 'thrush'. Generally, only people with immune disorders
(such as AIDS) have rampant infections. Lots of 'naturalists'
or 'herbalists' like to promote the idea that some unexplained symptoms in the body might be caused by yeast, and try to promote preparations to cleanse your body. If a genuine doctor told you that you had some type of yeast infection, they should have given you oral medication to clear it up.
Most likely not enough good hygiene.
