Do you think caffiene is the reason why im having headache?

Question:
i drink lots of caffiene cause my mom and dad complaining i'm over sleep.im just 15 by the way.usually it works but sometimes not.do you think caffiene can give someone headache?

Answers:
If your body is used to allot of caffiene and you dont have it for a day then you are bound to have a headache, its withdrawal symtoms to the caffiene, but a headache could aslo be caused by you not drinking enough water, you might be dehydrated, cause obviosly coffee has water in it aswell, so stop drinking coffe but keep drinking as much water as you would have if you had made yourself a cuppa joe!
Yes, I get migraine headaches all the time and my dr said to cut out caffiene.
Yes and make you very hyper.
actually caffeine can help relieve a headache. why do you think some pain killers have caffeine in them.
If you have a headache because you haven't had a soda...you are probably addicted to caffeine. Just cut down your soda intake slowly.

And at 15 your body probably needs more sleep.
Yes. In fact, having caffeine in your system can cause as many headaches as the withdrawl from not having it. If you must drink caffeine, I would drink it at a set time each day, like 9 am. This way, your headaches may be less infrequent.
I always drink coffee, so whenever I go a day without, I get a headache. Could be caffeine withdrawal.
Excessive amount of caffeine can cause headaches, also, if you drink a lot of caffeine regularly and then you don't ingest some for awhile then you can also get a headache or feel sick. It's kind of like an addiction.
caffeine cures headache but too much will cause headache too, so drink moderately.
