God bless you, why should you have cancer? Come on. And if you some doubt go to the doctor my brother. may god keep you healthy always.
That is so general, there are so many types all with different symptoms.
By going to the doctor for investigation.do you have any symptoms?
it depends on the organ suspected
first the risks:
usually you have an unhealthy style of life : eat too much, smoke, too many radiations , don't protect yourself when on the beach, low immunity
secondly it can hurt but that only after some time; lung cancer: you cough with blood; colon cancer: you defecate with blood
and when these r not there, go to the doctor and he's give you some analysis to do: blood, urine, ecography and even RMN or CT

there is even more cancers then that but if u notice anything abnormal u need to see doctors which can rule this stuff out for the cancers above thtaa i named there is also lots of other symptoms accompanied with them .

well there are so many sympons. i know for a brain tumour it is huge migranes daily. for you spine you could looose loss of your legs. stomach you get huge amput of pain. firstly look for pains and research ont he computer the symptoms. And when i say pain i mean the sort of pain that will stop you being able to work. if you have none of the pains dont worry.
A Dr will tell you that you have it!
No one can KNOW for sure,but generally few cancers statistically occur in young people. My biggest concern for you would be that you appear grossly hypochondriacal which may need addressed. You also have spelling and grammar issues that require some attention.
