Jump/skip rope, crunches exercise?


Question:
i wanna get flat stomach/abs, flat not a 6 pack

if i do 600 jumping/skip ropes - 1000 if i can

its like 200 for 3 minutes then rest 2 minutes then 200 again for 3 minutes then repeat until i get 1000 skips/jumps

then i do 50 reverse crunches every four hours

and i eat 5-6 meals a day, not that much calories or carbs, i think

would i get flat abs in like a month?

depends where you started really. if you are heavy all the abs work wont matter, you need to lose wieght. doing bicycles are really good too. email me if you want to talk more.

Plenty of cardio and plenty of crunches but you'll have to do several different types of crunches since they target different areas. You'll also have to do more than just 50 a day
