I wear heavy earrings a lot and i need to to know how to shrink my peircings or keep them from getting larger?

At Claire's they have these really cool stinker like things you can put on the back of your ear to support your earings. They are supposed to stop your hole from getting bigger and they can make it less noticeable that they are stretched.
dont wear the earrings any more and try not wearing any earrings for a while and they might shrink back up
i dont think that it is possible to shrink it back to a smaller size but I would stop wearing heavy earrings for awhile and see what happens.
stop wearing heavy earings and let your ear peircings take a break for awhile
