Is there a way that i can grow 1 inch really fast in like week?

i need my body to grow 1 inch in about a week or two. or like stretch it or something. is this possible? i know this is a dumb question, but its important.

Only if you believe in miracles. Bamboo is supposed to grow at the rate of something like 8 inches a day but human growth is probably more like something of the order of 0.0000008 inches a day when you are still growing.

lol no, if you are growing,it will take months for you to acquire an inch, unles your in the adolsencenr growth spurt
