Ask your GP, safest bet
If it hasn't been going on for very long, sounds like you pulled a muscle. If it doesn't clear up in a week or so, see a doctor and have them give you a chest xray.

If it does clear up, probably the pulled muscle. Nothing to do for it but use heat to ease pain and rest the muscle area when you can and stretch it slow and easy once or twice a day.
you have pulled a chest muscle or maybe broken a rib , however go see the doctor to make sure.
it could be deferred pain from a back injury, of it could be an esophageal ulcer. Or it could be your heart, see a doctor.
Always check with you doc, but I had similar symptoms. What it was Costochondritis, or inflammation of the rib cage. It got so bad sometimes that I felt like what I thought a heart attack would feel like. Try pushing on that side of your chest in various spots, does it feel "puffy" or tender in comparison to the other side? Chances are it is costo. It is caused by injury or a wrong move and can be managed with ibuprofen or an ant inflammatory of similar. It comes back at random, just an fyi.

I would still go and get it checked. they did an ultrasound of my heart to make sure all good. you never know!! I am only 30 , but have congenital heart defects in my family history, so they wanted to eliminate any other possibilities.
Sounds like Pleuralcy, a hole in the pleural lining of your lung. This can happen with a sneeze. But you need to see a doctor for a proper diagnoses and possible antibiotics
