It never hurts, but it happens A LOT. Especially when I'm lifting weight or something. I'm skinny, if that helps any. I don't think anythings wrong with me, but I also don't know how to keep my joints from popping. Help please?

You could try taking vitamins
ask a chemist to make you some up or buy some..
you will need cod liver oil and calcium..
in the mean time check out with a doctor ...
my 50 year old wife has the same problem and our doctor said that the popping is (nitrogen) I think...but the point is that popping occurs in some people and you cant stop it, you have to live with it...and it shouldnt hurt...gl
