When I get tackled my head hits the ground hard and hurts a little. It hits the back of my helmet and then it goes away, but does it cause brain cells to die because I heard that if you get hit in the head you lose brain cells. True or False?

true, but you have soooo many. dont worry about it. as long as you have protection. its fine. i mean look at all the football players out there. if you lost alot of brain cells at once, i mean ALOT then no one would play. but i mean your fine dont worry.
That's what i heard too but don't worry, your being smart to wear a helmet. I heard that you kill a few hundred of cells but your brain has more than a billion.
