How can i go to sleep?

I need help going to sleep. I wake up at 6:00 every morning and I try to go to bed at 10:00. I have tried Benadryl and other nightime allergy medications(I also have allergies) but I can not go to sleep. At 10 I am just not tired. I am so tired during the day but I cannot sleep at night! Please help! Thank you

Befor you go to sleep take a walk around two blocks, and then play with a pet, even if its just watching the fish in the little tank, playing with your pets helps you relise a hormon in your brain that makes you feel safe, after that take a short shower, and then drink a cup of camomile tea and go to sleep. This should help a lot. but in the mornings take a short jog and take it easy on the coffe. you'll feel better soon. I hope I helped.
ummm buy sleeping pills? i thought that would be pretty obvious. There are several types of over the counter sleeping pills you can buy that don't hav allergry or pain medication in them. Good luck. Also make sure you aren't watching TV or on the computer for a few hours before you go to bed... the light waves stimulate brain activity and interrupt your sleep. Also consider other possibilities, like are you comfortable at night? Could you need a new matress? Are you waking up thirsty? etc etc
you may have insomnia. There are sleeping pills that you can buy at the pharmacy. Other nautral ways to make you sleepy are to use lilac becuase it makes people drowsy. also take a hot bath 20-30 minutes before going to bed. I recommend going to your doctor. He can give you allergy sleeping pills. If you dont have time you can stop at your local CVS pharmacy and ask the Pharmacist. they will tell you what to do
