Why do i have trouble sleeping at night?

Question:
I just keep rolling in bed til next morning (im exaggerating)
I dont want to take any meds. . .

Answers:
There are number of reasons you may have rouble sleeping. Stress or too much caffeine can keep you up at night. Try writing down whatever you are worrying about and forgetting about it until the next day. Try to limit coffee and don't drink any after 12 pm. Then, take a hot bath about an hour before your bed time and relax until you are ready to fall asleep. Also, make sure your bedroom is dark. Light can keep you up. Don't lay in the bed; use the bed only for sleeping. Minimize naps and make a regular bed schedule and stick with it.
