I quit smoking the night before last, right now I still want to go get one to smoke, this is the second day?

and the craving seems worse, what should I do to continue on the right path here which is not to smoke again. I know not to go get them and not to smoke, but what else can I do I am having a craving for one really bad right now.

There's not much you can do. Just keep going and the cravings will go away. Nobody says it's easy but it's worth it.
breathe deeply and often it might not help but it is flattering to your bust line.

I know this is easier said than done, but try not to think about it and keep yourself busy.

Have you ever noticed that you may have a craving, but if you start doing something else, you forget about the craving for a moment to finish what you are doing, but then you think about the craving again, and you go smoke? Well, don't stop being busy and you won't think about the craving as much.
