Can being Over Hydrated cause you to urinate more frequently?

Question:
Im very healthy but lately i decided to drink water and only water and i started urinating more.
Does that mean im over hydrated?

Should i start drinking juice??

Answers:
all the water is simply flushing out your kidneys. you'll slow down in a week or so. unless its possible that you are pregnant.
No it should be fine. It is good you are drinking water.
Urinating more than you were before does not mean you are over hydrated. It means you are adequately hydrated. Your urine is supposed to be clearish, or a very pale yellow.
Signs of over-hydration (which is actually rather difficult to accomplish) would be a cough (fluid in the lungs) or sudden watery, runny nose, or swelling (usually starts in the feet and legs).
As long as you have healthy kidneys, there's no reason not to drink water whenever you are thirsty. Just don't go downing gallons at a time.
no that help you to keep clean your kidneys
water is the best thing for you. when you drink anything your gonna have to pee. so you might as well drink healthy. juice has a lot of sugar and carbs in it. its good every now and then but stick to water as your main drink.
Yes, possibly.

Juice or water does not matter unless you are diabetic.

But don't drink much over 64 ounces a day, you could disrupt your salt balance, and feel worse or make yourself seriously ill.
