sorry to give blackgryphon a bad review, but he is wrong about something, if he's wrong, it WILL hurt you, and water will NOT hurt you, because what it is, has nothing to do with minerals, unles she is making bathroom breaks every 15 min, at which point, whats she doing outside?
what you need, is water and nothing else, belive it or not, just plain tap water has many used, for example, the water that comes out of our showers? thats plain tap water, bathtub? tap, kitchen sink? tap, ever notice how we are always CLEANING WITH WATER? we dont wash our dishes using poweraid do we? or gatoraid? no! we use clean, HEALTHY, water!
here is my advice, bring about 4 liters of water with you before you leave the house (two 2 liter bottles should be ok.), make shure they stay cool! the heated plastic can leak into the water, and if you then drink that water...wanna eat a shoping bag? precicesly, so here is my advise.
tonight, take two empty 2 liter bottles, fill em with water (a gallon milk carton will do also if out insist, but make shure it has no milk residue), and put them in the freezer overnight.
next morning, you should have at least a semi-frozen water source, its cold, its clean, and it keeps you hydrated, just take it slow at the first sign of dehydration, let your heart rest, get some water, you'll be fine, as a matter of fact...you MIGHT need three 2 liters. i know how active you can be at times, and i dont want you to hurt, ok?
stay safe! and taste the water before you fill up the bottles, if it tastes suspicious, just switch to soda for about a week or longer, the water should clear itself up, and be safe again. but if its still suspicious, keep a eye out for water pipe maintinance. that usually means water is a no-go for a bit.

Not a perfect answer, but if it's as hot as it is here you may have heat stress. The head ache is, to me, a good sign after being outside so much.
My suggestion is to go out and get about eight to ten decent sized bottles of an isotonic drink (Powerade, Gatorade, whatever). Don't do this with just water.
Take a nicely cool bath and, over the course of a few hours or the day, drink all of the drinks you bought. Don't guzzle, just be constantly sipping all day. If I'm right, you're basically dehydrated and this will get you back ot normal without hurting you (just water can if you're not careful). If I'm wrong, it won't hurt you, but see a doctor if it doesn't help.
sounds like you got over heated. Try to stay hydrated and cool today, you should feel better soon! If not, give your doc. a call!
