What, if any, are the withdrawl symptoms from giving up coffee?

Answers:
The headaches from caffeine withdrawl usually last about 2 weeks, slightly better the second week. Most people don't feel too tired, but you won't get that jolt either. You should consider cutting down slowly to prevent the side effects. So if you drink like 4 cups a day, go to 3 cups for a week then 2 cups for a week then 1 cup for a week.
Try not to take Exedrine, since that contains caffeine which defeats the purpose. Just cut back slowly so you won't have the withdrawl problems.

Just drink a glass of coke instead of coffee. Coffee is actually good for you. You will definately not feel lethargic, u should feel more awake with caffine deprovation for the first few weeks. Sleepless and fidgety. Then u will want to watch sky television for a few hours per night, then you will start to drink coffee again.
