How can I get motivated?


Question:
I NEED to loose weight!!

I have gained about 45 pounds within the past two years, and I cant stand it!
My health has been worse than its ever been...Im uncomfortable, and feel UGLY!
Im 19, married, and 5'3.
I am still young and want to be able to go out and feel good about myself!!
What should I do?
I am a HUGE fast food junkee, and I eat it almost everyday. I comfort eat really bad, and I think part of it is because I am always feeling depressed!!
Please help me! Please!

The first thing you should do is get out and enjoy an outdoor activity. Go running, ride a bike, swim, do something to raise your heart rate. Put a small amount of stress on your body to see exactly what you can or cannot handle. If you realize how out of shape you are, maybe cutting back on fatty foods will become more important to you. If not, at least you're doing something to burn off those excess calories. Make it fun and you'll stick with it!
