How to gain weight without eating junkfood all the time?

i am 21 years old and i've been weighin 115 since i've been like 17 years old and no matter what i do i can't gain weight..i had a child only gained 15pounds when i was pregnant and after i had her i went back down to 115..i was told i'm perfect in body shape cause i am 5'6 but i feel i'm to skinny and i would like to gain at least 10-15 pounds more

Trust me, you don't want to gain weight. But if you must, do a lot of cardio, gain muscle, tone your body and drink high carb energy drinks (avaliable at wal-mart or another drugstore) and high carb meals (pasta, bread, potatoes, etc.) Sounds to me like you are very blessed, though. Good luck!
