kidney stones .. imagine pissing gravel twice the size your urethra (hole in your pee pee) not fun times
and as this rigid jagged gravel makes its way out its scratching and cutting the inside lining which is then becoming more irritated from the urine and burning and stinging to the point you'd rather lop your penis off then pull yourself up off the floor where you have fallen in udder pain and agony...

kidney stones. My wife who can handle lot of serious pain came un-glued waiting for the doctor to see her. She is normally a very calm well mannered lady, but this day she was giving the nurses hell because they were not helping her very much. (shock of my life as she is a nurse also)

They are about the same, both are stones trying to pass along a hollow passageway.
