hi , i hav like a little spot underneath my feet in the middle , its a bit swolen ... i was told that .. were it is swolen is were my blader sits . long story .. might this swolen spots have been caused from masburbation nearly daily or something else .. yes i know this isnt a great question but i really need to know .

Why would you think that having sore feet is related to masturbation?? Or your bladder??
Feet become sore and swollen usually corns or blisters from wearing cheap poor fitting shoes. Other possible causes of sores on the feet (non of which have anything to do with what you mentioned) are: plantar warts and diabetes.
It sounds like fungus. Use some anti fungal cream for feet, after soaking your feet in warm salted solution and drying well, and throw away your old shoes.
