Is it possible to become addicted to anti-smoking patches or gum?

Question:

Answers:
Most definitely. Just because it contains a lower amount of nicotine, doesn't mean it's not addictive.
yup, they contain nicotine, and nicotine is addicting.
Nicotine patches and gum can be addicting due to the nicotine levels. Of course being addicted to a patch or gum is better than all of the carcinogens in cigarette smoke.

You can wean yourself off of the patch or gum, by reducing the nicotine level - chew only 1/2 of the gum, cut the patch in half and then into quarters. Eventually your nicotine level will be low enough that you will not suffer the nicotine withdrawal symptoms.
