Pale with dark circles under eyes: why and how to fix it?
Question:
So, is there a reason why i look like this and a remedy to this? (Diet, vitamins, etc.) I use self-tanner, but i would like a "less cosmetic" solution.
Thanks!
Answers:
I have dark circles under my eyes too. I've been using "Sudden Change Under-Eye Serum" That seems to be doing the trick.
It's difficult to say what causes them... in my case, it's likely all the medication I take.
I also use a self-tanner... The Nivea Skin Firming. (of course, I still look white as a sheet)
i have the same problem. I've no idea what is it, but i suggest you get more sleep and eat more carrots. that's what i do
Sometimes dark circles are a sign of allergies my daughter has them and thats what the doctor told us.
dark circles under eyes are a sign that you dont drink enough water.
are you sure you are not depriving your body/getting enough nutrients?
There are many causes of dark circles, from age, heredity, allergies, cold or sinus infection, bone structure and glasses which are not so commonly known.

If you would like to apply home remedies to reduce dark circles, here are some of my suggestions:
Buy a box of regular, old fashioned unflavored gelatin (e.g. Knox) from grocery store. Take a small cup or bowl and put in 1 teaspoon of the gelatin mix. Add one tablespoon of boiling water & stir for a minute. Test it on your wrist to make sure it is not too hot. Then, using a cotton ball, pat it under your eyes as you would an eye cream or gel. Go lie down and listen to some music, or take a bath & let it stay on for at least 30 minutes. Then just rinse it off.Gelatin is very high in Vitamin K & Biotin. It will not remove your dark circles on the first application (but you will notice a difference), but if you do it daily for a week, and then 2-3 times a week for maintenance, you should notice a drastic reduction in dark circles.

Dark circles can treated with regular and gentle care. Cover your eyes with cotton soaked in lukewarm milk for 15 minutes everyday to remove the dark circles around your eyes or dip cotton pads into freshly extracted mint juice, flatten them and place them on closed eyelids for 10 to 15 minutes. See your doctor for a thorough exam. Dark circles under the eyes could be the underlying symptom of a serious disease that can be managed with medication or a change in diet.
Sometimes it means you are not getting enough sleep. Sometimes it is genetic - does your Mum have the same problem?
Are you light skinned? Quite often dark circles are caused by you skeletal orbits showing through. If that's the case, the only thing that'll help is make-up. The only reason I know this is because that's why I have dark circles.
Peace
My husband had the same problem until we started drinking Zija. I myself had dark spots across my ankles and it too them away too! If you would like to order, let me know and I will give you more info!
