What ways can you pass a strand drug test?

Nope. And you will test positive if you have used marijuana in the last 6 months if you are having a hair follicle test. They take a follicle because it is under the scalp--so dying your hair or shaving your head will NOT help. You had better go in there and BEFORE they do the test, you better confess. It will go MUCH easier on you if you just admit it....because you ARE going to test positive. There is nothing you can do to fool the drug test. Nothing.

Nope, the THC or any other substance is in the root of the hair... The best thing would be to shave your hair and let about an eight of an inch grow out and shave it again...But in all that time you would have to be completely drug free.
The only thing you can do is cut off your hair. No shampoo in the world will erase the traces of drug use in your hair.

considering they can take hair from any place on your body, and if you have no hair they can get ( which would make the ones paying for the test suspicious) the best thing to do is not do drugs.
Have you considered Nair? It's pretty much your only hope.
The hair test shows back as far as 6 months to a year whatever drugs you have had in your system. You cannot wash it out. That is why many places use it now. Much more accurate than the others. Stay drug free then you won't have to worry about it. THC-forget it. You are caught.
