.If i were you, i would put on about 10-15 more pounds. But i would do it by eating more baked chicken, cottage cheese, oatmeal, whole grain bread, and the likes. Plus, while your doing this, you need to go to the gym and forget cardio. Just lift heavy..3 times a week. That's all you have to do. Take a protein weight gainer like whey protein, once a day after a workout, and you will look awsome

Personally I hate FAT... Like it's the most discusting thing on the face of the earth, and it's prolly a phobia for me. Like I'm really scared of it. On me, or someone else. So I've always liked the tall, leaner, cut, or uncut, lanky guys. That's a turn on for me. Now that I'm married to my husband the saying of you really gain 10lbs after tieing the knot is true, and my husband went from 145 to 175 and on him, 175 is fat... He has a huge beer belly and his rear-end isn't near what it use to be. And it gross... I won't let it come near me.

dude your not slim ok! If you wanna put weight on just make your muscles bigger. When I was young I made the mistake of eating loads of calories all that happened was, I ending up putting loads of fat on I became big but it was all fat. so then I lost it all and put muscle on instead. but you don't even look slim you look muscular.
