Im a hypochondriac!?

Question:
everything that happens to me freaks me out, if i get a sore head, i think i have a tumour! if i have a sore head i think its a brain tumour!

if i have a pain anywhere i think im goin to die! i started all this by taking panic attacks, and this led to anxiety!

sometimes when i am lying in my bed or watching tv, i can feel my heart beat or feel that my breathing is more shallow than normal, i have gotten over panic attacks, because i learned to control these.
but i think i focus too much on my breathing and things when i am in a quiet environment!

i often take pains in my heart, and im sure these are anxiety pains too, i realise this after i go through it, but when im in the middle of having a pain like that i think im goin to die

My biggest fear in the world is DEATH, and i know no one can avoid it but i am so so scared of it and i think this is where it is all comin from

i really dont think il live to see 30, and im only 21 now

please any advise i would appreciate

I'm the same way and I'm only 15 years old. I've always been extremely afraid of dying, even as a little kid. I'd see a tombstone and start crying to my mom that I didn't want to die. I also always think and unfamiliar pain or mark on me means I have a fatal disease. We should probably see a professional like they said. A temporary solution is to always keep your mind busy. As you've noticed, when you're sitting there idly you start thinking of these things. Keep a journal and write down your feelings if you do find yourself thinking of it.
Try meditation by focusing on breathing. There are books on it. It will relax you.
Get thee to a psychiatrist. You need some major counseling, and you need to straighten out your priorities so you won't panic at every little scratch.

Good luck!
I think maybe you would benefit from speaking to a professional. Most people fear death and dying, but your at a very young age to be focusing on that. Have you recently been through a traumatic experience? If so that may have played on your subconscious. Telling yourself that you are going to die is only going to make you feel poorly, and have you not heard of the self fulling prophecy? That means, if you keep telling yourself these things, well, you fulfill your own destiny.
