well, it depends on many factors like genetics (if one or both of your parents or even grand parents are short),age(chance of increase in height after teens dificult), diet rich in calcium like milk, exercise and so on...
Try swimming long distances at a low speed. It works on boys, so I assume it works on girls too.

Ok honestly there is no way to get taller its all genetics. Which means if your mom is short and your dad is short then you most likly weill be short. Now if your parents are tall then you will be tall. But it all depends on genetics i think since you are only in 8th grade you will most likly get taller. Depends on the individual some people stop growing at 13 and some keep grwoing until they are 18. But it sounds like you will grow tiill you get to around 11th grade. But i could be wrong.

Why dont u use the height increasing insoles? They are a cheap option.
so many people are doing it they just don't tell u.
