Answers:
It could be lactose intolerance.
If it's not just from milk, it could be multiple food allergies.

You may want to check with an allergist and/or a "regular MD" to have some tests done to see what it is.

In the mean time, there are quite a few natural remedies that may give you a lot of benefit. Ginger Root, Peppermint Oil, and Aloe Vera are the best natural stomach soothers. Most people I talk to say that their stomach calms down within minutes of taking any of those. Aloe Vera is the one that most people tell me they prefer for speed because it's available in a liquid form and doesn't taste as bad as the others that are available in a liquid. The people that like a lot of mint might prefer Peppermint Oil (it's too minty for some people).

For more of a long-term benefit, you may want to look into taking some enzymes supplementally... they will help you digest the food that you eat, which should prevent the upset (since most stomach upset is due to improper digestion). A natural doctor can recommend the best enzymes for you. Typically a Homeopathic, Holistic, Naturalpathic, Chiropractic or Allergist will be the best ones to ask because they are the most likely to know about natural products. Good luck!
You could be lactose intollerant - which is NOT a food allergy as many people believe. Try isolating one food item at a time. And soda drinks aren't good for you anyway. :oP
You may be lactose-intolerant unable which means your unable to digest lactose (milk sugar) due to a deficiency of lactase, an enzyme for metabolization of lactose, unable to digest milk and some dairy products. You might want to consider eatting Kosher foods. You really should consider going to a doctor as it also might be acid reflux disease. The best person to diagnoize this would be a doctor. You may also want to consider talking to a nurse if you attend a public school they may be able to help you. A doctor can and would give you the best advise but from you tell me it might be lactose intolerance and possibly acid relux it'd be best to get this checked out as soon as possbile.
If you are lactose intolerant, then you'll have the following symptoms: gas, upset stomach, belching, loose stools, etc.
If you have a dairy allergy you may notice a wide range of symptoms: upset stomach, nausea, headaches, migraines, and a wide variety of other symptoms.
With lactose intolerance the symptoms are generally limited to the digestive system. With a milk allergy there are so many different symptoms you can experience that it can be hard to pinpoint a milk allergy.
However, nearly 90% of human beings are not able to process dairy--we lack the enzymes. Nearly everyone has some degree of difficulty in processing dairy. The degree to which this interferes with your life determines what you should do about it.
It sounds like this situation is making you very uncomfortable. I would temporarily eliminate dairy from your diet--for a period of no less than 3 months. (You may want to eliminate it for much longer though--3 to 12 months.) Dairy produces inflammation and increases the acidity in your stomach. By eliminating it many of your worst symptoms will disappear. However, it isn't on overnight fix. (With lactose intolerance you'll feel better in a few days, but with a processing difficulty or allergy it takes more time for our bodies to recover from the left over inflammation, etc.)
In addition, try a vitamin supplement called acidophilus. You can find it in any health food store and nearly anywhere that they sell vitamins. You can ask someone at the store which brand is their most popular. I prefer a brand called "Gr8dophilus."
We all have bacteria in our bodies and much of those bacteria are good. These bacteria perform a variety of functions--one of the main functions being that it will help you to process the lactase/lactose in milk. (In addition, these good bacteria help us to process other foods, rid our bodies of toxins, keep bad bacteria from overpopulating our bodies, prevent yeast infections/other infections, etc.) Acidophilus is "good bacteria" and replacing these good bacteria will help you to process all of your foods better.
