Help! Diagnostic imaging?

Question:
Will diagnostic imaging like ultrasound, CT scan, X-ray or MRI show a torn muscle in the pelvic/groin area?

I may have a torn obturator internus muscle and have had a CT scan done recently but it came back all normal...??

Answers:
The only imaging that shows muscles and tendons is MRI. Everything else won't show it.
MRI is the best way to check for that kind of injury. Ask your doctor to order one!
