Help! Diagnostic imaging?

Question: Will diagnostic imaging like ultrasound, CT scan, X-ray or MRI show a torn muscle in the pelvic/groin area?

I may have a torn obturator internus muscle and have had a CT scan done recently but it came back all normal...??

Answers:
The only imaging that shows muscles and tendons is MRI. Everything else won't show it.
