What can ease drug (ketamine,speed) comedowns/hang overs?
Question:
My friends have just bought a night club and the drugs are flowing freely but they seem to be spending the majority of their time crashing to the depths of hell.
Does anyone know any definite help that can ease comedowns? (Please don't say not to take drugs in the first place lol, it is part of the package of being club owners).
I've heard about Vitamine B6-is that true?
What have you tried, tested and proven? :)

Vitamin drinks - there is one called ACT that I use. You have to buy from a web site and sign up, (it's some dumb pyramid scheme. I just buy the drink and don't try to make money off of it) but the drink is all natural, and has tons of B vitamins. Better than sugar and caffeine.
THC(weed) helps get over the crash.
Muscle relaxers help too - it will allow you to sleep so you can function in 4 - 6 hours.
That lifestyle will age you quick - take days off to sleep and recover or you'll look 40 at 27!
drugs are harmful, and they really shouldnt take them at all, it shouldnt be a part of anything.

I really dont know other than sleep and fluids like orange juice. I have never done speed but K did make me feel exhausted for the next few days following
