Where can my 4 year old get a free physical for preschool?

Call your local DHS office there should be one in your county they offer a lot of help with health services for children such as free physical's, and vaccinations are a few examples if they do not do the free physical which I would be very surprised if they did not they would know where to go there might be a clinic in the area that does that and is a low income center or none for profit.
Call the school dept, they can help.
Call your local health department- the one in my area does physicals and immunizations.
Most county health dept. will do them for free.
At the Health department my son starts headstart this year and the counselor said that he needed a physical and she said that when I take him to the health department to get recertified for wic that when they check his blood and so on with weight and height to get them to make me a copy of it and that would do for his physical, but if you don't get wic call them anyway and ask them about getting him or her a physical and ask if it would be free.
