14 year old w/ low back pain?

Question:
For some reason I'm having really bad pain in my lower back if i try to move. It has happened to me before but it was less servere but this time it has lasted 2 days. Could it be that i was inside for a few days because of the rain, before i excersized yesterday? What caused this? is it normal at my age?

Answers:
Wow..sorry to hear that =[

My mom has back problems, and she swears by this stuff/
I guarantee you..it will work.
The first time you use it, it might sting some..but it will relieve the pain almost instantly.
One time my back was hurting pretty badly [I'm 15] and I put this stuff on after I took a shower..it went away within a minute or two..and it didn't hurt anymore.

I hope you feel better! =D

If you don't have a Vitamin Shoppe near you..ask your mom or dad if they can go to a drugstore near you, and get some cream that's similar to this..There's a white and blue jar of Blue Emu ..which works about the same.

yes
are you a girl or a guy? its probably normal
Maybe you did some exercise that pulled a muscle? If its nearly impossible to walk, and its been a few days, I would check with a doctor before you do anything worse to aggravate it.
If you feel around in your back, you will find some sore spots called trigger points. Massage them until your back begins to relax. You can also go to a massage therapist or a chiropractor. An accupuncturist usually works if you can afford one. You may also find back specialists listed in the yellow pages. But massaging the trigger points is free and works well for me.
I remember when I was 12 and had those kinds of pains. So bad I couldn't walk! It was due to my period starting. The really bad back aches would come before the cramps.
You mentioned that you exercise. Did you twist or injure it somehow? If not you could be experiencing a urinary tract infection. Drink plenty of liquids and either rest or mild exercise. If it doesn't go away see a doctor. A bladder infection can turn into a kidney infection and make you deathly sick.
