There is a good page on this here:
http://www.retailtobacco.net/
Average number of years of life lost due to smoking = 15 years
- from a a report form the CDC (centers for disease control)
http://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/sgr/sgr_2004/...
Minutes of life lost per cigarette smoked = 5.5 minutes
so for your case (being conservative in the numbers).
156 weeks x 4 cigs/wk = 624 cigarettes
624 x 5.5 minutes = 57.2 hours of your life.

Good luck.
If you quit now, there will be no damage. that doesn't mean to keep doing it. the longer you do, the more damage, but for now, you're safe. Stop while you can. it's gross and smelly.
You are young. If you quit now, your lungs will recover within a year. Please quit.
4 to 5 cigarettes in a week? I go through 4 to 5 LIGHTERS in a week, dude!
But you're lucky...with that kind of average, you can't be addicted to them...just quit if you're concerned about it, it won't be as hard for you as it would be someone who smokes a pack a day for 20 years. And because of the lack of frequency, your body should be able to undo all damage within about 3 months and you'll be just as healthy as someone who never smoked before. Good luck.
If you smoke only 4-5 a week. Why not just quit? The long term damage can be completely avoided by quitting now. If you keep on smoking, you will have the same chances of smoking related diseases, anyone else who smokes has. Just do yourself a huge favor, stop now.
What, you're still ailve?
Don't worry about it. Stop now and live your life.
why are u looking forward for damages if thank God u r OK till now...just gather your will and quit it dear...my father quit smoking after 30 years of habit ; that too at age 55 (and he is OK)!! you can do it too : ). you are still young and can divert your attention towards a lot of activities, so go ahead and get over it !
If you are smoking so little you are not even addicted. You need to throw away all your lighters, cigarettes, ashtrays, and just stop. If you have to use the gum. The longer you smoker the harder it is to quit. The more you smoke, the more likely you are to die a horrible death.
Imagine for a moment spending the last few weeks of your live choking, coughing up blood, and gasping for every breath even while using an oxygen mask. This is how so many people die from smoking. It's like drowning, only slower.
Stop now, the damage you have already done will probably be fixed by the time you are 21. Keep smoking and you will probably be on a pack per day by the time you are 21.
Please stop smoking, this is really not good for you.
Quit completely now, and your lungs will be pink again in 6-12 months. Then be proud to say. "No thank you. I don't smoke." Congratulations. :D
