Your question is confused and confusing. This site isn't only for fun, it is, as you say yourself, a site for people to express their feelings anxieties and problems etc.
If people who seek help here are feeling suicidal, doesn't this fit exactly into that category?
You don't have to answer this sort of question, just go onto the next.

freedom of speech?.they have no where else to turn to? i don't know..maybe not everyone else is as fortunate as you are? and i'm pretty sure YouQA.com can't possibly "pick up" the zillions of questions that go through here in a day. BTW? frig? not a word.
They sometimes use this site as a sounding board as some people feel they cannot talk to people the are close to about such things.
I feel sorry for people like that - I have had times in my life when I have felt at a lowest possible ebb but never enough to think about self harm or suicide.
I KNOW!! I had an answer deleted b/c it "violated Community Guidelines" and it had no reason to be deleted! Someone posted a thing about Beyonce falling on stage and that there was a video online that he wanted to watch - I just asked him what happened and admitted that I wanted to see it - not to make fun of her or take revenge on her, but just out of curiosity! I am SO glad you posted this b/c answers that should be tracked and deleted aren't, and answers that have no reason to be deleted are. It's just..annoying.
I thought that the desire to kill yourself was an expression of how they are feeling. maybe they feel as though they cannot talk to anyone else and by asking questions on here helps them. i have not seen any of these posts anyway.
i agree with one of the other answers about the dodgy avitars. they are unnessescary and should be removed
